Residue clean out of silo/on-floor storage
Large silos or storage facilities quite often have a bigger quantity of grain left after emptying using mechanical conveying equipment. With mechanical conveying systems, it is not possible to get out in all corners for complete pick-up of grain and thus 100% emptying.
This is where the pneumatic vacuum system comes into play. It is an efficient solution for evacuating grain from all corners of the storage. Using flexible hoses in the vacuum line, it easy to manoeuvre the grain suction head around the silo floor for picking up the last remaining kernels, for complete cleaning out of the silo.
The grain is blown to, and discharged through, a cyclone on to i.e. a trailer.
